BD-02 Pulsed Heat Ceramic Head Bonder

The BD-02 is a semi-automatic pulsed heat bonder. The ceramic pulse heating method allows for improved equipment durability, stability, and flexibility, greatly increasing production efficiency. The use of a ceramic head allows for very flexible temperature control while maintaining accuracy and durability. The ceramic head allows for applications outside of ACF, such as thermoplastic bonding or other thermal processes.
